Through Pivot Impact Partners, I bring the perspective of a CEO, educator, municipal leader, and partnership builder to organizations navigating growth, change, or transition—helping them align people, resources, and purpose so good ideas become lasting results.

As President and CEO of the YMCA of Central & Northern Westchester, I led its transformation into a thriving “Y Without Walls.” In five years, we expanded pre-K from 80 to approximately 900 children, grew childcare to serve 2,300 children daily across 12 communities, and increased annual grants and donations from $339,000 to nearly $1.3 million.

My background in higher education and municipal management informs my work in organizational leadership, public-private partnerships, and community impact. My leadership has earned the Business Council of Westchester’s 2025 Hall of Fame Women in Business Success Award, the 2026 NCADD Humanitarian Award, and recognition from City & State’s Westchester Power 100 and 914INC.’s “50 You Need to Know to Get Business Done in Westchester.”

Through Pivot, I provide strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, board governance, and leadership-transition support—grounded in listening, connecting people, and getting things done.
