Cynthia Delfino Birdsall founded Pivot Impact Partners after a career built around leadership, transformation, community, and getting difficult things done.
As President and CEO of the YMCA of Central & Northern Westchester, she led a major transformation of the organization, including the development of its “Y Without Walls” model.
Her career has placed her at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, government, business, boards, and communities. She understands how organizations work. How decisions get made. How people respond to change. And how good ideas actually get implemented.
